Kevin Lomax, Chairman

Kevin brings a wealth of experience to Enigmatec, including early executive positions at British Furnaces, a subsidiary of Hanson plc, and Wellman Incandescent Ltd, both of which sold capital equipment to the chemical, steel and automotive industries. In 1979, he became a founding investor in Misys, which was originally established to provide computer systems to UK insurance intermediaries. During the company’s formative years, Kevin acted as non-executive Chairman, until 1985, when he became executive Chairman. At that time, the company had fewer than 40 employees and revenues of less than £1 million. Kevin led Misys through a period of significant growth and development, joining the FTSE100 in 1998. On his retirement from the Board in October 2006, Misys had 6,500 employees and was a globally recognized leader in the US healthcare and international banking markets, serving customers in more than 130 countries. Kevin also joined the Board of Marks and Spencer plc in 2000 and became the senior Non Executive Director, retiring from the Board in September 2006. Peter O'Neill, Chief Executive Officer

Peter brings a wealth of experience to Enigmatec, having held senior positions at Hewlett-Packard, Sequent, KPMG and most recently Fortent Inc. (formerly Searchspace, Ltd.), where he was responsible for driving significant revenue growth over the past seven years. Fortent offers risk monitoring software for banks and as executive vice president of worldwide sales and support, Peter was instrumental in building and driving the sales management and support teams in the US, UK, France, and Germany. Peter also spent nine highly successful years at Sequent, most recently as senior vice president for worldwide sales and professional services.

Duncan Johnston-Watt, Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Duncan is the principal founder of Enigmatec Corporation. He has over twelve years experience developing technology for the financial services industry specialising in the development of large-scale systems including the global FX and Money Markets data delivery infrastructure for BNP and the Fixed Income analytics infrastructure at UBS.In April 1998 Duncan joined the Reuters Group subsidiary, Instinet Corporation where he led the development of their new Fixed Income brokerage platform that was launched in March 2000 becoming Managing Director, Fixed Income Technology in May 2000. At Instinet he pioneered the use of Java enterprise technologies in Financial Services. In recognition of this work he was nominated for a Computerworld Smithsonian Award in April 2000. Derek Gray

Derek is an active member of the high-technology sector and an investor in several software companies. He is focused on the growing software sector and is specifically interested in early-stage companies with strong technology and which require both financial investment and sales/marketing expertise. Formally, Derek was a Senior Vice President with Adobe Systems Inc – a NASDAQ quoted corporation with a turnover in excess of $1bn - where he was involved in business development, strategic planning, investment/acquisition activities in addition to developing business strategies for specific vertical markets. Prior to this role, he was Adobe’s European General Manager with direct responsibility for all aspects of Adobe’s business in Europe and then progressed to manage Adobe’s sales, support & field marketing organisation on a world-wide basis. Derek recently joined the Pentech Advisory Group which comprises successful technology entrepreneurs who work with Pentech Venture's investee companies to help them realize their potential to become global operations.

Jeppe Zink

Jeppe has a solid grounding in ventures and is an investment manager at Amadeus Capital Partners Limited. During the previous five years he was involved with DB Capital Venture Partners, where he was a founder member of the team that set up this unit of Deutsche Bank. Previously Jeppe worked in different roles at Deutsche Bank, including their Principal Investments and Corporate Finance teams. He has transaction experience in investing in small, mainly pre-revenue technology companies in Europe and the US. Danish by birth, educated in Germany and the UK, and fluent in Danish, English and German, Jeppe brings an international outlook to his specialty, investing in wireless telecommunications start-ups. He has been a member of the transaction team for investments in the UK, Israel and Denmark over the past few years, while also covering the Scandinavian markets specifically for deal origination at DB Capital Venture Partners.
