EVO in Action
EVO comes with a portal for managing the life cycle of one or more machines. The primary purpose of the portal is to provide controlled access to functions that are required for a particular role and responsibility.
The following roles & responsibilities are provided as standard:
- End-user: Self-service provisioning, ongoing machine control, and lease management
- Project Manager: Approval management, and resource usage visibility
- IT Operator: Overall resource management and allocation.
The EVO portal may complement, or be substituted by, an existing change management system if required.
