The workshop will demonstrate how Enigmatec EMS can efficiently manage ESX server, VMware virtual machines, and the applications that reside inside the VMware virtual machines.

- Interactive workshop session wherein a practical problem relating to automation of VMware virtual infrastructure, and applications running within VMware sessions, is solved.

- Installation and configuration of EMS Platform on site.

- Systems Administrator - domain expert for infrastructure hardware, storage, and networking.
- Server Administrator - domain expert for operating system, and applications.
- Database Administrator - domain expert for databases.
Technical Prerequisites
- Client provided ESX v3.x server
- Spare resource to host at least 5 virtual images
- vCenter 2.x
- Network connectivity
- VMware API installed
- Windows NT2000/XP/Vista PC for each participant that wishes to develop EMS workflows using the EMS Designer Workbench. Minimum of one PC with DVD drive for loading Enigmatec software
